These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the racerbaul.com website and the services provided by Travel Hub Australia, operating as Racerbaul. By accessing our website or making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking Terms

All bookings made through racerbaul.com are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request for a tour, campervan rental, or travel package, you are making an offer to purchase that service. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written booking confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process, including passenger names, travel dates, and contact details, is accurate and complete. Any errors may result in additional charges or the inability to fulfil your booking.

Payment

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price stated in your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@racerbaul.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice. Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the departure date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellation fees and refund eligibility. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Liability

Travel Hub Australia acts as an intermediary between you and various third-party service providers, including tour operators, accommodation providers, and vehicle rental companies. While we take great care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers. Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documentation required for your journey. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations at your destination. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance, arrive at designated meeting points on time, and follow the instructions of tour guides and rental operators. Failure to meet these obligations may result in the termination of your booking without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on racerbaul.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Travel Hub Australia or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any material from this website without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
